By accessing our website and/or purchasing any product or service, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our platform.
We provide an automation software for PokeMMO and are not responsible for how each user uses it. Any consequences derived from its use—including account sanctions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third parties—are the sole responsibility of the user.
Our bot is intended for educational and research purposes. We do not encourage violating third-party Terms of Service. The user assumes all responsibility for usage.
The bot does not modify or inject into third-party files or servers. Its operation is based solely on automating keyboard and mouse inputs; configuration and usage are at the user’s own risk.
Resale, distribution, or modification of the software is prohibited without our express consent. Attempts to do so may result in termination of access without refund.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Before purchasing, ensure you truly wish to acquire the product. By completing a transaction, you accept there will be no money back in any case.
When registering or purchasing, we collect the minimum necessary personal information to process orders and manage accounts. We handle this data confidentially and do not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Passwords are stored securely (encrypted) with no direct access by our team. The bot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including compatibility with particular systems, platforms, or games. We are not affiliated with any third-party company, platform, or game (including PokeMMO).
In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the bot, including loss of data, service interruption, account sanctions/bans, or other economic or legal harm.
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or from the use of our services shall be resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of Germany (Munich), with the user expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
